My name is Elyse and I am your go to confidence expert on a passionate mission to help 1000’s of women around the world feel confident from the inside out.

I truly believe confidence is truly the million dollar feeling that we as women were NOT taught how to create.

This is the exact work I do with the women I work with inside my coaching programs, retreats & workshops.

But let’s take a step back because if you would have told be a few years ago that this is the work I’d be doing, I would have looked at you like you were absolutely crazy.

Before becoming a confidence coach, speaker and retreat/workshop leader & host of the Confidence Lounge Podcast, I spent 15 years doing product development, marketing, sales and branding in the beauty industry.

I have created 1000's of products and there is a really good chance that something I've worked on currently lives in your bathroom.

Now it’s important to know I got into beauty for one reason…

To help women feel beautiful, confident, secure & good enough by wearing the products I developed.

But I failed at that.

Why?

Because every time they washed the products I made off of their face, there went their beauty, confidence and feelings of enoughness right down the sink.

Not only had I failed, I was actually making the problem worse by creating products that acted as band aids coving up the true feeling behind the problem.

We have been trained to think we need these products or things to make us feel good and to love ourselves but this is not how it works.

True beauty, confidence, self love and feeling good enough is not created from the outside in.

It is created from the inside out.

But I had yet to learn this while in beauty.

Instead, I became the perfect version of me that this world wanted to see.

I wore a perfectly painted on mask everyday that hid the pain that I was feeling on the inside.

My outer world did NOT match my inner world.

Professionally I was together but personally I was falling apart, lost in life, deeply insecure and trapped in the belief that I was not good enough.

It’s insane because every dream I had came true & yet, I still wasn’t happy.

I had the multi 6-figure salary, first class bi-continental business trips, stock options, perfect husband, amazing home, expensive car, closet full of designer things and was taking luxury trips all of the time.

I had it all but it still wasn't enough.

My life looked perfect on Instagram but inside I was dying.

The corporate life had began to suck my soul and I knew that I needed change but had no clue where to start.

Then life made the decision for me in the form of my dad unexpectedly getting diagnosed with cancer.

Now it is important to know that when I left Estee Lauder back in 2018, I had every intention of going back to beauty.

But something happened when I stepped away.

I gave myself the gift of 3 months off which was the most time I’d ever taken off in my adult life.

I needed some space to breathe & to figure out what was next.

It was during that time I learned a lot and discovered things I couldn’t un-see.

And the biggest thing I couldn’t un-see is that I was part of the problem when it came to creating insecurities in women.

I was sitting around a board room table working on ways to sell you the belief that you needed the products I was creating to feel good enough.

When I saw this, I could not spend one more day in beauty empowering the belief that we need to paint a mask on to be good enough.

So I left it all behind and now I teach women how to feel confidently enough from the inside out and unapologetically become who you are supposed to be in this life.

And I haven’t looked back since.

Now what is super crazy is that I was a coach & trusted mentor long before leaving beauty.

I used the practice of coaching everyday in my role to build best in class teams, improve cross functional relationships, build processes & create confident  communication within the companies I worked for.

I managed multi-million dollar budgets and created ways to optimize time to increase efficiency at the highest level.

I created executives and CEO’s through my leadership and giving people tools to grow has always been something I am super passionate about.

I now bring all of this expertise to your life to help you create a secure operating system that works for you.

This is all truly such a dream come true and I am so deeply passionate about the work I do and have never felt more in alignment & purposeful with the work I am doing in this world.

But I also know possible it's to change your reality when life isn’t working for you. I found a way to make life work for me and want to teach you how to do the same.
