Introducing The Faces Behind Beauty Podcast Series

Created by Elyse Conroy, Former Beauty Industry Executive Turned Confidence Coach

I was inspired to create this series because beauty was my life for almost two decades and as much as I want to pretend this industry is behind me, it will always be a part of me.

With 75% of the women I coach working in beauty, my passion for this field remains unwavering. I’ve been hired by countless beauty companies to coach their teams and host developmental workshops and programs.

I will be a beauty junkie until the day I die, and it is truly an honor to serve an industry that I love so much.

In developing The Faces Behind Beauty Podcast Series, I wanted to bring together some of the most remarkable women in the industry, each offering a unique perspective and expertise that showcases the incredible talent and innovation within beauty.

This podcast serves as a platform where their stories and insights can shine, reflecting the passion and creativity that drives us all forward.

What sets this series apart is its focus on the real women behind beauty—not influencers or celebrities, but those who truly run the industry and shape its future.

This was my world for so long, and I can’t wait to bring you into it.
